| Terms and Conditions Please allow 60 hours for delivery - In most cases we deliver sooner using our trusted couriers. Once parcels are delivered and left safe on your property, they are your responsibility. No claims for damage or theft can be made. Delivery is FREE if you live in Merseyside, If not we charge £5-95 up to 31kg - This is not the actual cost of postage, we pay more than this. The charge is repeated for weight over 31kg. Specialist items, tanks, kennels, pumps etc etc we may only send out once a week but in these cases we'll be in touch with you - Always leave as much contact info for yourself when ordering. If we know of any delays in getting goods to you we will be in touch via the contact details you leave when ordering your goods - Please ensure these are left correctly.
