Important Notice regarding Frozen Goods

Unfortunately we are seeing a huge demand for frozen items but not enough supply available. This means that at certain times we will be out of stock of frozen items, We will do our best to mark these as out of stock on the site but this should not be taken as definate that a certain item is in stock or not as stock levels change quickly and unfortunately this website does not process our frozen stock levels in real time.

To give you a rough idea Mice are usually available but can go out of stock from week to week, Rats are usually available in small quantitites and changes from week to week. Rabbits and Chicks are pretty much always in stock. Hamsters, gerbils, guinea pigs are quite often out of stock and are only available in small quantities.

If your frozen order is out of stock we notify you and will back order it and despatch as soon as it is available,  If you require frozen goods urgently then it is advisable to contact us via email (sales@livefoodsbypost.co.uk) or telephone 01983 209700 prior to placing a frozen order.
