Vivarium (reptile) Thermostats The most essential piece of equipment needed in any reptile vivarium. a thermostat will accurately control the vivariums temperature preventing the vivarium from overheating and reaching fatal temperatures. Thermostats save lives! they are too varied and complex to explain in full here so please have a read through our helpfull guides.

Vivarium Thermometers and Hygrometers Often confused with thermostats! A thermometer does not control the temperature in your reptiles enclosure like a thermostat, they monitor the temperature and give you an accurate display of the internal temperature enabling you to fine tune your set up. Hygrometers work exactly the same except they measure the relative humidity inside the vivarium / terrarium.

Other enviromental controllers This category includes Day/night switches and timers. Basically all the elements reuired for adding complete automation to your set up. Moon switches that turn appliances on when its dark and Sun switches that switch on when its light. we also have timers for creating perfect daily light cycles.
