 | How to Place Your Order
Attends Lifestyles Online Shopping is quick and easy to use - all you need is either your debit or credit card details and you're ready to order!
1. Click on the product category that best suits your needs.
2. Choose whether you require products for light, moderate and heavy incontinence.
3. Select the products that you wish to purchase, adding them to your cart after each selection.
4. When you have finished, go to ‘checkout’ and select the desired delivery method – Remember, for all orders over £45, we deliver your products for free! We also offer a next working day delivery for all orders placed before 2pm.
5. When you are happy with your order, enter your delivery address and payment details, ensuring that you provide a contact telephone number.
6. Once your order has been confirmed your products will be delivered discreetly to your door.

If you no longer require a product please contact our Customer Service Department at attendslifestyles@attendshealthcare.com providing full details including the nature of the problem, your name and contact details. Refunds can only be made if goods are returned to us in the original condition with all packaging intact. If you are entitled to a refund, please note the refund will be made by the same method used to pay for the order. Credit card companies will only allow refunds to be made to the card used to pay for the original order. Please be aware that it can take as long as seven working days for a refund to be acknowledged by your credit card company. An administration charge of £4.95 will not be refunded.
