Our Mulberry papers are made in Thailand where the main ingredient is bark from the local sa-tree. This is a fast growing variety and quickly replenishes itself, which makes it a very environmentaly friendly source of pulp.

There are two basic types - hand made and machine made. The hand made are made in the traditional way using frames made from bamboo. They are bulky, often have local flowers and fauna embedded and are likely to vary between each sheet.

Machine-made mulberry papers are much thinner (tissue-like) and more uniform. We have a huge range of colours and many contain attractive metallic strands.

Card makers use Mulberry to create many different effects. A popular method is to moisten and then tear the Mulberry into shape because this process creates a very attractive feathered edge.

Mulberry Paper WHITE In this category we have Mulberry white tissue and bulky handmade papers, also some very unusual mulberry tissue with heart watermark. Mulberry handmade envelopes complete our range of whites.

Mulberry Paper CREAM & IVORY We have Mulberry tissue ivory, Mulberry hadmade cream and a very attractive paper whose main ingredient is mango bark. Here you will also find bright metallic gold crumpled paper.

Mulberry Paper PINK, PURPLE, LILAC An absolutely huge range of Mulberry pinks and purples. Some are subtle colours and some are brash eye-catching colours. Something here for every occasion. We also include a great range of assorted packs, each containing 5 different papers.

Mulberry Paper BLUE & GREEN Lots of blues and greens, Mulberry tissue and handmade, some with metallic strips in the surface, fancy blues and greens and assorted A4 packs.

Mulberry Paper YELLOW, BROWN & ORANGE If you are scrapbooking, perhaps with an autumn theme, you can find just the right colour here.

Mulberry Paper with FLOWERS, PETALS & LEAVES One of the reasons we like Mulberry paper so much is the sheer variety of papers which are made. In this category you will find papers made with ingredients such as mango or banana bark & coconut peel. We also have papers made from the local (Thai) flora, petals and leaves.

Mulberry Paper with COLOURFUL PATTERNS We stock a huge range of Mulberry papers printed with very colourful patterns. These are either screen printed or batiks and can be extremely useful for scrapbooking if you might be looking for ideas for a particular theme. We have patterns such as "sea creatures", "boat and anchor", "puppies" etc

Mulberry Paper A4 ASSORTED PACKS These are assorted packs of Mulberry paper usually containing 5 different papers. At the last count we had 25 different collections and these are usually based on a colour theme. It makes them ideal to have in stock all ready for your next craft project.

Mulberry Paper LARGE SHEET SIZE All our papers in the above categories are stocked A4 size only but we are sometimes asked for larger sheets of Mulberry for specific uses. We now list Mulberry handmade white and some floral patterns. The size is 560x880mm and the paper still has the deckle edge all round the sheet. These papers will be posted unfolded in a postal tube to arrive in perfect condition. We do also have some machine made tissue 470x640mm (not listed)and if you are interested please ask.

Scrapbooking Supplies

All our translucents, vellums and parchments are manufactured acid-free and are very suitable for scrabooking. Most of our other papers are too, but If you have any queries just ask.
