The Vapourflex barrier is totally waterproof, but you can re-proof the outer shell using extreme reproofer made by Grangers International.
Re-proofing simply requires a machine wash at 30 degrees and a tumble dry on a low setting.
Reproofing restore the shower resistance to the outer fabric.
