Paying the deposit assumes you have read and consent to the terms and conditions.

The full cost of the week  is £500.  The rest of the amount is due 8 weeks before you arrrive.

Booking also assumes that  you agree to pay a 'Good Housekeeping' sum of £250 prior to arrival, which will be returned if the property is left in good order.  .
