Wookey Hole Caves will be unable to honour tickets booked on the same day of visit, unless pre-arranged with the Booking Office.

Note that no pets are allowed in the caves or papermill (except guidedogs).

Children under 3 years are free and do not receive a personalised invitation with Santaland Tickets.

Disabled toilet provided in the main car park.

Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

You must be 18 years or older to purchase online.

Wookey Hole operates a policy of no refunds or exchanges for tickets booked online.

We only post tickets to the UK, using Royal Mail First Class post.

Credit Card transactions are made on a separate server , with full encryption of all credit card data. Your credit card details and personal information will not be shared with any other company or organisation.

Discounts and other promotions can not be used when booking online unless otherwise specified.

Wookey Hole reserves the right to refuse admission to any ticket holder and or ask ticket holders at any time to leave.

Wookey Hole reserves the right to close or restrict parts or all of the attractions at anytime.
